Can you tell us your visual references were for the project, and how the concept came to life?

We wanted to have a clean but elevated look ans really focus in on our hero, so colour, and lighting were geared towards that, a muted palette with a break in colour for our hero.
Early on, I put together a look-and-feel document that included a few different spots, but mostly photography. I referenced Trent Parke’s book Minutes to Midnight for the screen we created at the back of the street set, with the cityscape on it. I initially planned to introduce some movement using projectors, but in the end we opted for something much simpler.
