In 2006 Simone starts working as a technician at Camera Service and within a few years he reaches a professional level that allows him to intervene on all the pro products of the Canon series. By intervening on optics and digital SLRs, he implements dexterity and knowledge in micromechanics.

The dedication, the meticulousness in his work and the continuous participation in refresher courses

contribute to his recognition throughout Europe.

In 2016 he starts working as chief electromechanical technician for Camera Service Factory, where he brings his electronic

and mechanical maturity to the world of cinema.

​

To date Simone is able to work on cameras of the biggest brands in the sector:

Arri, Red, Sony, Black Magic and Cine lenses from Canon Cine, Leica, Cooke, Zeiss and Atlas,

having attended training courses from Cooke, Leica and Scorpio, with whom he is still in contact and has learned the tricks of the trade.

Today his laboratory allows him to carry out checks, repairs and calibrations of any cinema optics, from spherical to anamorphic. Here Simon can also design and print spare parts, making Camera Service independent and able to intervene on any model and brand.
